Video cardio and running bodybuilder

Video cardio and running bodybuilder

Last month, Dario and I recorded a video with the Under Armour compression shirt with Rowin Dreef logo. We call it in short “Video cardio and running bodybuilder”.

Check the video with running bodybuilder Dario

Dario has been into bodybuilding for many years. Under Armour provided us with some of the winter’s new collection. But we also took pictures with the compression shirt with Rowin Dreef logo. We used that shirt for a video that shows Dario’s physique.

The video complements the pictures

On the pictures we took, Dario is wearing the Under Armour gray fleece hoodie and the Rival Fleece with zip. Both garments were size M. We were not sure Dario would be able to get in, but with a help he did it. He’s also wearing the Under Armour compression shirt with Rowin Dreef logo and the Under Armour Tech Mesh shorts. The compression shirt is a shirt that fits tightly around the body. It is used especially by runners. Dario is not a regular runner, but the shirts supported his body, especially during sprints and other exercises. The shirt was a size L, but because these are very tight shirts, it’s always hard to take them on and off. He is said to be walking around with the compression shirt even today 😉

Impressive pec bounce! The shirt keeps his pecs in place, otherwhise they would have flown away. But still some heavy pec bouncing that must put strain on his body.

Yes Seb, was thinking the same. To me it looks a bit painful the way he runs. He’s not a runner, he’s only showing off his muscles.

The mass of his chest causes much more downward force than forward force 😂😂 #gravity

It feels a bit uncomfortable, because you really feel the chest flapping up and down. Especially the down movement can be felt because then the weight is carried by the core.

sounds like having big pecs limits your capability to move fast. how long can you run like that?

Not sure if it limits the capability to run. Maybe it slows down a bit.

Well …………… I think without thaat shirt the pec bounce would have been more and more uncomfortabel to run, so thaanks to the shirt that’s keeping everything in place.

@Dario Yes would love that. Wrap myself around that muscular chest and control the pec swinging 😍😍

Wonder what the bouncing pecs would’ve looked like w/o the shirt 😋
