On Friday August 1, 2025, the annual Mr Gay Europe pageant took place in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Michael Pereira crowned Mr Gay Europe 2025.
Michael Pereira, representing Switzerland, entered the competition with his campaign “Safe to Grow”. According to the organisation, his journey was marked by “courage, vision, and a deep personal commitment to LGBTQIA+ rights and visibility”.
